POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

In casserole (9x13 pa), put cubed, cooked chicken with sour cream and soup - mix well. Separately mix Ritz crumbs with melted butter and poppy seeds, then put this mixture on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serves about 5.
