POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
6 chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 stack (25) Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Poppy seeds

Boil chicken breasts until cooked. Debone and cut into bite size pieces. Combine chicken soup, sour cream and lemon juice. Put in 8x8 inch dish and cover with crushed crackers. Pour melted butter over crackers and sprinkle generously with poppy seed. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until bubbly. 6-8 servings.
