POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled and boned
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
10 slices bread, toasted
1 stick butter, melted

Break chicken and pieces of bread up into small pieces. Stir in other ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
