QUICK STRAWBERRY PIE 
10 oz. unsweetened strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 (4 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix, not instant
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
9 inch graham cracker crust
2 c. frozen whipped topping

Drain berries; set aside. Add enough water to juice to make 2 cups. Stir in pudding mix and Jello. Microwave on high, uncovered, for 5-6 minutes, or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring once or twice. Put berries on bottom of crust. Pour all but 1 cup of filling over the fruit. Refrigerate until set, about 1 1/2 hours. Cool remaining filling, fold in Cool Whip and spread over pie. Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
