ALFREDO SAUCE 
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. american cheese
1/4 tsp. crushed peppercorns or to taste
nutmeg to taste

Melt butter, add garlic in pan. Mix in flour, add milk, and both cheeses. Cook med-low heat until cheeses are melted. Should start to thicken a little, if not add some milk and flour mixture to pan. Add pepper and nutmeg to taste. Serve over noodles or fettuccine.
