PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 qt. stewed tomatoes
4 pork chops
2 onions
Salt & pepper to taste

Grease bottom of 8 1/2 to 9 inch baking dish. Spread uncooked rice around the bottom of dish. Pour tomatoes over rice, place cut up onions over top and place pork chops on top of ingredients. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Cover with lid or aluminum foil and place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, removing lid 10 minutes before serving
