BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 c. frozen hash browns
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. processed American cheese, cubed grated Cheddar cheese
Croutons, bread crumbs, or crushed potato chips

Combine soup, milk, eggs and cheese. Mix with hash browns and sausage. Put mixture in flat 7 x 10 inch casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Make night before, and bake in morning.
