BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 c. hash browns (frozen right from pkg.)
1 lb. bulk sausage (browned and drained)
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. milk
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 c. processed American cheese (cubed)
Grated Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs

Combine soup, milk, eggs and processed cheese. Mix with hash browns and browned and drained sausage. Put mixture in greased flat 7x10 inch casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.

This casserole may be made the night before and refrigerated. Then baked the morning it is to be served.
