SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 slices white bread, crusts removed
Softened butter
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
5 eggs
2 c. half and half (can use milk)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook sausage. Crumble. Drain on paper towel; set aside. Spread each slice of bread with butter. Cut into cubes. Place in 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with sausage. Top with cheese.

Combine remaining ingredients. Beat well. Pour over mixture in baking pan. Chill at least 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
