CHRISTMAS BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. sausage, browned
8 slices white bread, cubed
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
5 eggs
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Grease a large casserole dish. Put bread cubes in bottom, add cooked sausage, then grated cheese. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, soup, pepper and salt. Pour over cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
