HAM AND BROCCOLI BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. Bob Evans pork sausage
10 large eggs slightly beaten
8 slices cubed white bread
2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together, put into a 9x13-inch glass baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Refrigerate about 12 hours.

Bake at 350°F for about 35 to 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve on platter.

Variations: Add for a change - broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onion, ham, bacon.
