PORK STIR FRY, STEAMED RICE | |
1 lb. boneless pork Sm. onion 1 sm. red bell pepper 4 lg. mushrooms 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tbsp. cooking oil 1 1/2 c. long grain rice Chop your meat into cubes. Fry to brown; drain. Chop the vegetables, pour in with meat. Add your soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce. Let vegetables get tender, not well done. Rice: boil the water with teaspoon salt. Add rice. Cook to tender. Rinse cold water and serve. |
