CRAB QUICHE 
9-inch pie shell
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. coarsely shredded Swiss cheese
13 oz. crab meat (drained and washed) or substitute imitation crab and run through food processor
3.2 oz. (1 can) French fried onions

Bake pie shell at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and cool.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine eggs, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Add crab, cheese, onion, and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake 1 hour or until set.
