FETTUCCINE GIOVANNI 
1/4 lb. butter
1 pt. half and half
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. fettuccine
1/2 lb. chicken, cooked
2 c. chopped broccoli
Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Melt butter over low heat or in double boiler. Cut cream cheese into small pieces, and mix well with butter (will be thick). Add half and half and simmer until it starts to thicken. Add garlic. Prepare fettuccine according to package directions. Drain. In 9 x 12 baking dish, put fettuccine in; add chicken and broccoli. Toss to mix well. Pour sauce over top. Sprinkle Parmesan over it well, and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 8. Yum!
