EGGLESS EGG SALAD 
2 lbs. tofu
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. vegetable salt
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. dill
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. minced onion
3 stalks chopped celery
Sliced bread
Herb butter
Alfalfa sprouts

Crumble drained tofu into large bowl. Add next 10 ingredients - mix well. Toast bread with herb butter. Spread mixture on bread - top with alfalfa sprouts. Makes approximately 20 sandwiches.
