TACO CRESCENT ROLLS | |
Warning: can get a little messy that way, but aren't most taco style meals?! My children absolutely love preparing these themselves and having the choice of being able to dip them or putting it together all at once. This is by far their favorite thing for a quick lunchtime meal! 1 lb. ground beef 1 env. Taco seasoning 1 can Pillsbury Crescent rolls (refrigerator) 1 bag shredded cheese (preferably Mexican "fiesta" style) OPTIONAL: salsa dairy sour cream (or any other favorite additions you like) Brown and drain beef, add taco seasoning and prepare according to package. On a baking sheet, roll out Crescent rolls and spoon the beef mixture on, sprinkle on some cheese, and roll the Crescents up as usual. Once finished, bake according to Crescent can directions (until golden brown). Serve with your choice of additions like sour cream or salsa on the side. Note: Can even use two Crescents together and add those with the beef mixture before baking! Submitted by: Clnrdt |
