PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 center cut pork chops
1 med. onion
4 med. potatoes, round slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. bell pepper, sliced

Quickly brown chops in oil. Place in casserole; add in layers: Potatoes, onions and peppers. Mix soup with 1 can water and pour over mixture. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
