PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
5 or 6 potatoes
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup (can use low sodium)
1 soup can milk
5 or 6 pork chops, coated with flour
1 onion or 1 apple, sliced

Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Layer in a large greased pan (can use Pam). Dip chops in flour and brown. Lay on top of potatoes in pan. Top with onion or apple slices. Mix soup with 1 can milk (can use skim milk), pour over chops and potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
