PORK CHOPS & RICE 
4 pork chops
2-3 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 pt. half & half (you need 1 soup can measure)
Flour for coating chops

Prepare rice and set aside. Flour and brown pork chops (both sides). Place chops in baking pan and spoon rice over chops; smooth. Mix can of soup and can of half & half. Pour over rice. Cover completely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on thickness of chops. Broil for 10 minutes or until slightly browned.
