PORK CHOPS ON RICE | |
4 pork chops 2 cups uncooked rice 1 (10 oz.) can cream mushroom soup 2 cans water (use empty soup can) salt and pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish. In prepared casserole dish, combine rice, soup and water. Layer chops over rice mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Serves 4. Submitted by: Heather |
