PORK CHOPS ON RICE 
4 pork chops
2 cups uncooked rice
1 (10 oz.) can cream mushroom soup
2 cans water (use empty soup can)
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

In prepared casserole dish, combine rice, soup and water. Layer chops over rice mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.

Serves 4.

This was SO easy and my family gobbled it up. I used bone-in pork chops and they were nice and tender. The rice was perfectly cooked. I did add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the soup mixture for extra zing - highly recommend! Thanks again!
