PEPPER STEAK STIR FRY 
1 lb. beef
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce
3 sm. tomatoes
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 med. peppers
1/4 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. oil

Cut beef in strips. Toss beef with cornstarch, salt, soy sauce, and pepper. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Cut tomatoes, slice peppers and onions. Mix 1/4 cup broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar. Heat wok, add 3 tablespoons oil. Add onion, ginger and garlic. Add beef, remove beef. Add 2 tablespoons oil to wok.
