PEPPER STEAK STIR-FRY 
1 bag Uncle Bens Boil-In-Bag rice family serving
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. beef top sirloin, cut in thin strips
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 c. thin pepper strips (red, green or yellow bell peppers or a combination)
1/4 c. beef broth or bouillon
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sliced green onions with tops

Cook rice according to package directions. While rice is cooking, melt butter in 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Add beef and garlic. Cook and stir 2 minutes; push to one side of skillet. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir 1 minute. Add pepper strips, broth, pepper, and salt. Cook and stir until peppers are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in green onions. Serve over hot cooked rice with additional pepper, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
