PINTO BEAN PIE 
1 (1 lb.) can pinto beans without pork, mashed
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. regular sugar
7 oz. coconut
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Melt butter. Add all ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
