PINTO BEAN PIE 
1 c. cooked (mashed) pinto beans
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. can milk
1 1/2 stick butter

Cream butter and sugar in mixer, then add other ingredients, nuts and coconut last. Makes 3 pies. Pour into 9 inch pie crust. Bake in preheated oven for 45-55 minutes.
