ZUCCHINI TORTE 
3 c. zucchini, peeled and thinly sliced
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. May use broccoli or spinach, 2 frozen packages instead of zucchini.
