LEMON CHESS PIE 
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp. lemon rind, grated
1 deep-dish pie shell

Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add lemon juice and rind. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
