PARTY CHICKEN | |
4 lg. whole boned chicken breasts (8 pieces) 8 slices bacon, partially fried 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dried beef 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup Line baking dish with dried beef. Wrap each boned breast in bacon slice and arrange on beef. Mix undiluted soup with sour cream. Spoon over chicken. Let stand in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Bake uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 275 degrees. |
