CHOCOLATE JIFFY CUPCAKES 
Mix together:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt

Add:

1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. sour milk (1 tsp. vinegar to milk)
2 tsp. vanilla

Fill greased cupcake pan or paper lined pan 2/3 full and bake cupcakes at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Make filling for cupcakes:

3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Cook until thick, then cool. Mix with:

1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar

When cupcakes are cooled, cut out a cap on top and fill with filling, then replace cap. (Note: it is fun to put food coloring in filling.) Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 24 cupcakes.
