BROCCOLI RAISIN SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli
1 lg. red onion - chopped
1 c. dark raisins
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Fry 10 slices of bacon - crush.

Wash broccoli in salt water. Drain, using only the flowerets. Cut into bite size pieces. Blanch raisins in hot water 5 minutes and drain.

Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar and pour over broccoli.

Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
