POTATO BAKE CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns Oreida)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 c. onion

Mix all together (save some cheese for the top). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with remaining cheese when there is 10 minutes left.
