Roast
Onions
Vinega r
Whole all spice
Bay leaves
Salt and pepper
Flour

Brown roast on both sides. Saute lots of onions, add to roast. Add vinegar to cover 1/2 or 3/4 side of roast. Add water to cover. Add handful of whole allspice, 3 or 4 bay leaves (tied up in small bag). Salt and pepper, to taste.

Cover and cook until tender (2 or 3 hours). Cut up meat to serving sizes. Brown lots of flour in dry skillet. Make a paste with water and flour. Add to liquid to make thin gravy. Add cut up meat. Simmer and serve over noodles.
