REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
1/4 c. instant potatoes
4 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. yeast
2 eggs
1 c. shortening
14 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 cup warm water. Add shortening, potatoes and hot water. Let stand in bowl until warm. Then add yeast and other mixture together. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and knead for 5 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Can keep in the refrigerator for several days.
