BOLOGNA CASSEROLE 
8 oz. piece of bologna, cut into 1/2 inch slices and quartered
1 lb. hash browns, thawed
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper

Mix and put into an oiled 8 x 8 inch pan or 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with the following: 3/4 cup crushed Corn Flakes or cracker crumbs mix with 1/8 cup melted butter. May be mixed ahead and baked layer, 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
