CHICKEN CHEDDAR CASSEROLE 
3 chicken leg quarters
1/4 c. chicken broth
8 oz. pkg. old fashion egg noodles
1 med. onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 c. fresh mushrooms
2 tsp. butter
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bacon bits

Boil chicken, remove skin and bones. Chop into pieces. Save 1/4 cup broth. Boil egg noodles about 8 minutes. Combine chicken and broth, noodles, onion, bell peppers, mushrooms and butter. Place in baking dish. Top with cheese and bacon. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
