CHEESY STUFFED SHELLS WITH
CHICKEN

My friends and family love for me to make this dish. I hope all of you do too!!

4 lb. boneless chicken breasts, boiled (I use frozen)
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded (1/2 cup saved for topping)
2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove of finely chopped garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
manicotti or sea shaped pasta shells, for stuffing
1 (24 to 30 oz.) jar favorite spaghetti sauce

Boil chicken for 20 minutes or until white all the way through.

Prepare shells according to package directions. Combine all cheeses and diced chicken along with garlic into large mixing bowl. Set aside.

When shells are almost done rinse under cool water to stuff. Stuff each shell completely and place in buttered 9x11-inch baking pan.

After stuffing the chicken and cheese mixture into each shell pour your favorite sauce over the shells. Top off with remaining Mozzarella cheese and cover with tin foil.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes. Then serve. This dish is great with some Texas toast and salad.

This will approximately serve up to 6 people depending upon shells used.
