PINK FLUFF 
12 oz. cottage cheese, sm. curd
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. Jello, strawberry or cherry (3 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained

Mix together cottage cheese, Cool Whip and Jello. Add crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges. Let set 4 hours or overnight.
