CHERRY CHEESECAKE (CAKE MIX) 
Base:

1 box butter cake mix

Bake cake according to package directions. Divide batter in half and pour half into a 9x13 greased pan.

Bake and cool. Leave in pan.

Filling:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup cold milk
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans cherry pie filling
1 small cool whip
chopped nuts, optional

Mix cream cheese, pudding and milk. Pour over cooled cake. Add pineapple over this layer, then cherry pie filling. Before serving, spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with nuts.

Cooks Note: 1 box cake mix will make 2 cakes.
