FRESH ORANGE PIE 
3 c. orange sections
1 box family size orange Jello
2 pie shells, shallow
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch or tapioca
2 c. fresh orange juice

Combine orange juice, tapioca (or cornstarch) and Jello. Cook over medium heat until clear and thickened. Add orange sections, fold in mixture. Return to burner and bring to a boil stirring to prevent sticking. Let cool, pour into prebaked pie shell and refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip when serving. This can be used with strawberries, using strawberry Jello.
