CARAMEL CORN 
1 full c. unpopped corn

Pop and keep warm at 200 degrees in oven.

1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients, except vanilla, and bring to a boil. Boil a full ten minutes on medium heat. It should be a golden brown color. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over warm corn and cool on foil. It is best if left in clumps.
