OLD-FASHION CARAMEL CORN 
8 qt. popped popcorn
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Put corn in large roaster. Remove all up-popped kernels. Boil for 5 minutes, the brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt. Take off stove and add in 1 tsp. baking soda. Stir well. Pour over pop corn and stir really good.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stirring every 15 minutes at 250°F. Spread out on wax paper to cool. Break apart right away.
