CARAMEL CORN | |
8 qt. popped corn 2 c. brown sugar 2 sticks butter 1/2 c. white syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda Boil sugar, butter, salt, vanilla and syrup for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Pour over corn and mix well. Bake in slow oven (250 degrees) for 50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. |
