CHERRY TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs or 3 med. eggs
Vanilla or lemon flavoring
Nilla cookies
Cherry pie filling
Cool Whip

Put a Nilla cookie in muffin liner. Cover with cream cheese mixture (about 3/4 full). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. When cool put cherry pie filling on top, then a dab of Cool Whip. Makes 30. Delightful for a party.
