LAURA'S FAVORITE CHERRY CHEESE
TARTS
 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cherry pie filling
1 pkg. graham cracker tart shells

Allow cream cheese to warm to room temperature. In a small mixing bowl beat cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth. Spoon mixture into shells and top each with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6.
