CHERRY CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafer cookies
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat first four ingredients into a smooth, creamy mixture. Line muffin pans with baking cups. Put a vanilla wafer in each cup, flat side down. Fill with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Top each with a spoon of the cherry pie filling.
