CHERRY CREAM CHEESE TART 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Vanilla wafers
1 sm. can cherry pie filling
Paper tartliners and tart pans

Crush wafers in food processor until fine. Soften cream cheese. Beat eggs, lemon, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese; blend well. Place vanilla wafer crumbs in bottom of liners. Put batter on top to almost full. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes until cheese filling is dull on top. Cool and top with cherry.
