PEPPERED CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. commercial sour cream
1 tsp. minced fresh marjoram
1 clove garlic, minced
Cracked peppercorn or lemon pepper

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, marjoram, and garlic in small mixing bowl, beat until fluffy and well blended. Form mixture into a ball, and coat with pepper. Chill 2 to 3 hours; serve with crackers. Yield: 1 (3 inch) cheese ball.

NOTE: Instead of forming cheese into a ball it may be placed in small crock and topped with pepper.
