CREAMY TORTILLAS 
6 flour tortillas
2-3 tbsp. sour cream
2 or 3 chopped green onion
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
Garlic powder to taste

Mix together and spread on each tortilla, then roll up, like jelly roll. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for flavors to blend. Slice like jelly roll, lay flat, and watch them disappear. Use toothpicks if you like.
