TORTILLA ROLLS 
3 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1/4 c. stuffed olives, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar
Garlic powder to taste
Tabasco to taste
1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas

Mix first 6 ingredients together and spread on tortillas. Roll tight and wrap in Saran Wrap. Chill overnight. Slice and serve with Picante Sauce dip.

Variation: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 sm. can green chilies 1 sm. can chopped black olives 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas

Add a little salt, cumin, Accent, and a dash of Tabasco. Mix and assemble.
