TORTILLA BEEF ROLL - UP 
1 (12 inch) pkg. flour tortillas
1 (8 oz.) horseradish dip
Thinly sliced cooked beef (Brisket)
Leaf lettuce
Diced red onions; optional

Spread one side of each tortilla with about 2 tablespoons of horseradish dip, covering whole tortilla. Top with a few slices of beef, top with lettuce and onion. Roll up tortilla jelly roll style. Place seam side down on a platter. Cover and chill.

Great for summer.
