HAMBURGER ROLL-UPS 
Heat oven to 400 degrees (moderate hot). Make Biscuit dough (see Bisquick package). Roll out 1/4 inch thick into a rectangle, 18 x 8 inches. Spread with COOLED Hamburger Filling. Roll up like jelly roll, beginning at wide side. Seal ends. Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices. Place cut-side down on greased baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot with Quick Mushroom Sauce. 6 servings.

HAMBURGER FILLING:

1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. hot fat
1 lb. ground round steak
3 tbsp. Bisquick OR 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. milk

Lightly brown onion in hot fat. Stir in round steak; brown. Mix in Bisquick, salt, pepper. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Cook until thick. Cool.

QUICK MUSHROOM SAUCE:

To 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup add 1/2 cup milk, 1/3 cup chili sauce; heat to boiling point.
